We do accept returns on most of the products we sell. However,custom items are not returnable.Read the Product Description carefully to determine whether or not the product you have chosen is returnable. Our Return Policy is stated on our website. 

We incur shipping costs when we send your order to you, which we do not recoup when an order is returned. Therefore, the customer bears the responsibility to pay for the shipping of his or her order, and we also deduct the actual cost for us to ship the order to you from your refund.

Shipping costs have gone up substantially over the past year. Rather than raise our prices, we charge shipping on orders that total under $100.00. Additionally, our products are unusual in that most packages are long and narrow, and are therefore more expensive to ship than, say, clothing items—which are usually small, and not fragile. 

In-stock items ship as quickly as possible after the order is placed. Recent supply-chain issues related to Covid have caused issues, but rest assured we will process your order as fast as possible. Please note that if you place an online order on a Friday evening, your order may not ship until the following Tuesday.

Yes!We can ship your order overnight or second-day air. To get a quote, we must know the items you want and the ZIP code for the delivery address. Call early in the day for an expedited order, as they must be placed by noon Eastern time to go out that day.
